1. MINIMUM ORDER
There is no minimum order, but cases are sometimes restricted to quantities indicated. This is because we are buying in very small quantities and like to make sure everyone has an equal chance to buy.

2. PRICES
Prices include VAT.

3. PAYMENT
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

5. CHECKOUT
At the end of the shopping process on this website you will be shown the final amount and asked to confirm your order before it is sent to us. If you need to make any changes, please contact us as soon as possible on 02074943111 during week days between 9am and 5pm.
You may cancel your order within 7 days of receiving the goods.
You will receive a full refund within 30 days, but delivery and return costs will be at your expense.

6. RETURNS
In the event that you would like to return something, please get in touch as soon as possible. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, we ask that your item is unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Unfortunately we cannot pay shipping costs for returning your item, so to return your product, you should mail your product to:

As with all disputes, we find the best thing is to call us and tell us the problem, and we will do our best to come to an agreement that makes you happy.

7. REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, and will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a maximum 15 days.

 


8. EXCHANGES
Unfortunately we can only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If this is the case and you want to exchange something, please call us or send us an email at info@gauthierwines.co.uk and we'll have a chat about the problem and see what we can do to make you happy.

9. PRIVACY POLICY
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We will not give your details to any other Trader.We will not email you in the future unless you have given us your consent and we will give you the chance to refuse any marketing emails from us. We will collect the following information about you: name, address, phone number, email. (Payment details - see our security policy below). You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us and we will amend any inaccuracies promptly. 10. SECURITY POLICY
We ensure your personal details are secure. When you register with us at the end of your first purchase, your details are kept safe in your own password protected account. All credit card details are entered into Barclaycard site. We do not see or keep these details. Data Protection Act. We meet the conditions of the Data Protection Act 1998 (DPA).

11. MISTAKES AND DISPUTES
Your rights as a consumer are protected by the consumer protection laws currently in force in the UK. If the goods do not correspond with their description, are not of satisfactory quality, or reasonably fit for their purpose, and if you notify us within a reasonable time of the problems, we will offer a full refund. Mistakes in bills, receipts or payments will be corrected as soon as possible, and at the latest within 30 days of agreeing to do so.

12. COMPLAINTS
If you have a complaint about Gauthier Wines of any sort, we want to be the first to know so we can rectify the problem as soon as possible. Please contact us by email at info@gauthierwines.co.uk.
Queries sent by email regarding current orders will be treated as soon as possible, in most cases the same day we receive them.

13. GIFT CARDS

Gift vouchers are valid for one year from date of purchase. Vouchers purchased between November 1st & December 31st 2016 will be post-dated as valid from 1st January 2017 to 1st January 2018. Free gift vouchers are valid from 1st January 2017 to 30th June 2017. 

We cater for all dietary requirements, please call us for more information. Please note that all our vouchers are valid for one year from the day of purchase. Should the recipient prefer, all vouchers can be exchanged for monetary value to be redeemed at other times apart from the chosen voucher - for example, a 'Deluxe Lunch for Two' could be exchanged for £90 against a dinner booking.
